Mentor Bio
Bowie is a Game Designer, UI/UX Expert and Game Producer. He joined his brother Jeroen in 2002 to work on a game called OSM (Online Soccer Manager).
He was Chief Product Officer, Art Director and Chief Design Officer at Gamebasics, where he helped grow OSM to over 5 million MAUs. First developed for the webbrowser, OSM evolved into an even more popular mobile game. Bowie played an instrumental role in this success story, by leading the design team and contributing in various other areas. In 2020 he left Gamebasics when it was acquired by Miniclip.
Bowie then joined the applied games company Game Tailors in 2023 as a co-owner. He has expertise and experience in the fields of game design, art, UX/UI, (project) management and Agile Scrum.
He has worked on titles such as OSM, Plaza Challenge, National Team Manager (Bondscoachspel), Match of the Week, 538 Poule & Play, Rumble Arena and Penguin Panic.

Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer at Game Tailors.
