Anna is the founder of Honeywright Academy and an independent talent development partner for growing organizations. She leads employee and leadership development programs that combine strategy, purpose, and play to develop people throughout their career journey.
Anna’s background spans learning & development, leadership training, and organizational change at fast-paced global technology companies including Tesla and Mollie. She has designed global training programs, set up apprentice and graduate pathways, built career development roadmaps from scratch, and managed technical training and quality teams. Hundreds of employees have benefitted from Anna’s programs, including early-career apprentices and first-time managers.
Anna has also built training teams, mentored early-career professionals on career development, and coached new managers on making the switch to people leadership. She’s passionate about advising people on owning their careers and growing as leaders.
Anna is a certified gamified learning architect and expert in instructional design. In addition to business consulting, she designs and facilitates game-based workshops around leadership development.
